By using the AdOnReel platform, website, mobile application, and related services operated by Infludot Technologies Pvt Ltd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About AdOnReel

AdOnReel is an influencer-powered advertising platform where brands can upload promotional banners or campaign creatives, and influencers/content creators can download, edit, and publish reels or social media content using those assets.

Influencers may earn rewards or payouts based on campaign performance including:

Reel views
Likes
Shares
Engagement metrics
Campaign completion criteria

2. Eligibility

To use AdOnReel:

Users must be at least 18 years old.
Users must provide accurate registration details.
Influencers must own or legally control the social media accounts used for campaigns.
Brands must have rights to all uploaded creatives, logos, banners, music, and advertising materials.

3. Brand Responsibilities

Brands using AdOnReel agree that:

All uploaded content complies with applicable laws and Meta platform policies.
Advertisements must not contain misleading, illegal, harmful, hateful, or copyrighted content without permission.
Brands are solely responsible for the claims made in their advertisements.
AdOnReel reserves the right to reject or remove any campaign at its discretion.

4. Influencer Responsibilities

Influencers agree that:

Content posted through campaigns must comply with Instagram, Facebook, and Meta community guidelines.
Fake engagement, bots, artificial views, or fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited.
Influencers must not modify campaign messaging in a misleading manner.
AdOnReel may suspend or terminate accounts involved in policy violations or fraudulent activities.

5. Payments & Rewards

Influencer earnings may be calculated based on campaign metrics such as views, reach, likes, shares, engagement, or other campaign goals.
Payments are processed after campaign verification and fraud review.
AdOnReel reserves the right to withhold payments for suspicious or invalid activity.
Brand payments and campaign fees are non-refundable once campaigns are approved and activated unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

Brands retain ownership of their logos, banners, creatives, and trademarks.
Influencers retain ownership of original content created by them.
By using AdOnReel, users grant AdOnReel a limited license to display, promote, and analyze campaign content for platform operations and marketing purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

Use fake followers or engagement manipulation tools
Upload illegal or copyrighted material without authorization
Spread harmful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform
Violate Meta, Instagram, or Facebook advertising policies

8. Account Suspension

AdOnReel reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse payout systems
Violate advertising or community standards

9. Limitation of Liability

AdOnReel and Infludot Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

Loss of revenue or profits
Social media account suspension by third-party platforms
Campaign performance issues
User-generated content posted by influencers or brands

10. Third-Party Platforms

AdOnReel is an independent platform and is not owned, operated, or endorsed by Meta, Instagram, or Facebook. Instagram and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

11. Changes to Terms

AdOnReel may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
